Please indicate on your application your desired move in date. Our vacancies normally occur June through August.
As soon as we receive your application you will be placed on our waiting list.
We will begin notifying prospective tenants approximately 90 days prior to the requested move in date. Your deposit is due at that time. Security deposits equal one months rent.
NO APARTMENTS ARE HELD UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT!
